Elegante is a new emerging female perfume company that give them confidence to stand out in the crowd with a fresh, bubbly feeling all the time.
Since it is a Spanish company, the main element what I figured for the company is the line above 'e'. So my main objective for the process is to dig deeper into how that line can be a part of the logo without only withstanding as a line.
To do that I first shaped 'e' as a perfume bottle, the ones with the glass, spray nozzle, and a cap. A slight wing on the left gave an asymmetrical look to the cap instead of duplicating the second half on the left as well.
However adding the 'line' was a challenge and I tried numerous options but it wasn't working for the logo so in the end I just let it stay on the word itself. That gave it a meaning without providing any false information to the native or global customers either way.
